There is a problem, and Im not happy about it...

There is an issue that ive noticed over the past 9 years or so of being in the print industry. Im not happy about it. Keep in mind too this is me, Joey, writing this. Not a ghost writer or someone who doesn’t know the industry. This is a personal issue, whether the big wig stores see it that way or not. Time after time i have had clients leave to go to a big box or online retailer only to come crawling back after being SCORCHED with misguided pricing, which results in a low quality product, and not a sniff of customer SERVICE anywhere.

The way the large online retail print businesses treat customers is beyond disrespectful and puts a horrible name to the printing world. The reason I feel so strongly about this is because I see, and fix, the aftermath. Customers come to me, almost, weekly and have a story to tell about a big box store, or online print business that has royally screwed them. I come in and do the best I can on price, but they really just want the job fixed, regardless of what the cost is.
